Inspiring Thoughts

"Inspiring Thoughts - Keys to Yourself." Keys are used to: stimulate, explain, guide, suggest, idea or hint to people reading them.

Unit 1

Acceptance – You are your closest friend. Don’t put yourself aside. Self-acceptance is the foundation, after all you will accompany yourself twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

Understanding – „Safe” is dangerous, because life numbness is more damaging than opening up to new things.

Unit 2

Thoughts – Positive thoughts about yourself are a proven medicine. They are the most effective of all available methods for you. When taken, they immediately bring relief.

Children – Moving through the room for a one-year-old child is a great feat and challenge. The child has a purpose, do you have any?

Mind – Making the mind work is the best solution. You control it when you give it new responsibilities.

Lack of activity – Things pushed away do not kick or bite. You hurt yourself by not talking to them.

Unit 3

Power – Power arises from self-realization, not satisfying others.

New time – That old you, from before the metamorphosis, could not cope with current difficulties. But the changed you, most definitely can.

Creating life – Man exceeds the levels of knowledge about himself and the world when he opens himself to hearing what he has never heard before, to see what he has never seen before.

Unit 4

Work on yourself – You can clean your home, but not your own mind?

After divorce – Cooperation with ex-husband or ex-wife is a maturity test. It is openness and practical cleansing of old conflicts and previously existing discrepancies.

Time travel – People mostly don’t live in the NOW. A man sits on the sofa, searches his memory and remembers what he had done two weeks earlier. And in this way another year of his life passed forever.

Imagination – Most job applicants think they have something special, but in truth they have never seen it.

Fears – Fear is not in fear, but in you. It does nothing, just looks at what you do when you see it.

Unit 5

Limits – One thing connects those who boldly take steps in life and those who are terrified of it. It is surprise. Those who walk are surprised that those who stand die and those who stand are surprised that those who walk don’t die.

Haters – What he does online, in the real world would lead to the accusation of active assault on other people.

Trust – When you stand in front of the mirror, look into your eyes with gentleness and acceptance. You are looking at your best friend.

Knowledge – Earlier you were the foundation of today’s self. Today, you are the foundation of yourself tomorrow.

Unit 6

Blocking life – You say: “Better known, but poisoned air of the old way of life than fresh air of the new.” As a child you wouldn’t say that – you would have chosen an easier direction and not a known one.

Courage – All records are broken by those who do not look at those who do not break them.

Difficulties – When you classify difficult matters as things that will enrich you, not crush you, then you will understand that life is about learning and doesn’t lurk after your health with the intention of killing you.

Enemy – You’re lucky! The police do not record in their files any of your attacks on yourself.

Unit 7

Self realization – Development occurs when you explore what you did not know before.

Pain – Why do pain-giving fears have more value to you than consciously planned actions that can counteract them?

Changes – Changing the rhythm of the day and place of work does not kill the seekers, but enriches them with experience.

Cooperation – Think, is taking drugs that only give you a momentary improvement in well-being worth it? Does further lying to yourself have any sense or purpose?
